Law Enforcement Guidelines

Last updated August 12, 2026.

These guidelines describe how FCM Solutions LLC, doing business as First Class Match, responds to requests from law enforcement and other government agencies. We take both our members' privacy and our obligations under the law seriously: we disclose member information to authorities only as described here, and we cooperate fully with valid legal process.

Who we are

The service at this website is operated by FCM Solutions LLC, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Records about members — account details, profile information, and communications made through the service — are held by us as described in our Privacy Policy.

How to submit a request

Law enforcement officers may contact us by email at hello@matchfirstclass.com with the subject line “Law Enforcement Request”, or by mail to 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. So we can respond promptly, requests should be sent from an official government email address and include:

  • The requesting agency, the responsible officer's name and badge or identification number, and a direct contact.
  • The case or investigation reference number.
  • A specific description of the records sought, including the account identifier (such as an email address) and the relevant date range.
  • The legal authority for the request — the subpoena, court order, warrant, or other legal process attached.

What we require before disclosing

Except in the emergency circumstances described below, we disclose member information only in response to valid legal process — a subpoena, court order, search warrant, or equivalent — appropriate under applicable law for the category of records sought. We review every request, and we may seek to narrow or object to requests that are overbroad, improper, or unclear. Requests that do not follow these guidelines may be delayed or refused.

Emergency disclosure

Where we believe in good faith that there is an emergency involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to a person, we may disclose information necessary to prevent that harm without legal process. Emergency requests should say “Emergency Disclosure Request” in the subject line and describe the nature of the emergency, so we can review them on an expedited basis.

Preservation requests

Upon receipt of a formal preservation request from law enforcement, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the identified records pending issuance of valid legal process. We also preserve relevant records on our own initiative when a safety report or suspected illegal activity warrants it.

Notice to members

Our policy is that we may notify a member when we receive legal process for their information, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so or we believe in good faith that notice would risk harm to a person or obstruct an investigation.

Our own reporting

We do not wait to be asked when lives or laws are at stake. As our Acceptable Use Policy states, we prohibit human trafficking, sexual exploitation, abuse, and all illegal activity with zero tolerance — and we may proactively report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities and preserve the relevant records for that purpose.

Cost reimbursement & service of process

We may seek reimbursement for the costs of responding to legal process where the law allows. These guidelines are provided for informational purposes; they do not create enforceable rights, and we may update them as the law or our practices change. Formal service of process should be directed to FCM Solutions LLC at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
